Hmmmmm
A couple of months ago I discovered public transport in Mumbai carrying messages promoting the education of the girl child or so I thought. Today I spotted an autorickshaw which had a message saying mulgi zhali pragati zhali (have a girl and there will be progress). Telling I thought.. especially in the light of massive female infanticide happening.

The message as I remember seeing was Mulgi Shikli, Pragati Zaali (Educated daughter is a sign of development).
Yeah Anup, that is still the message on most autorickshaws. This one message was unusual hence I remebered it.
